Harmony Korine pour Proenza Schouler

This is a short fashion film by cult writer and director Harmony Korine for New York design duo Proenza Schouler. The film illustrates their A/W 10 collection in a signature Harmony Korine style, which made him famous through films such as 'Kids' and 'Gummo'. He tells stories of Americas dark underbelly so poetically through this Super 8 style of filming. Credit also due to Proenza Schouler for their beautiful A/W collection.

Fruit Jooze

These beautifully designed juice cartons are designed by Australian Student Yunyeen Yong. The idea is simple, effective and very eye catching. 'Jooze' is a fictional company created by the student, and the fresh juice cartons are aimed at keeping young children healthy. A cool idea all round.

I think now is definitely the time for young British Fashion, especially in Menswear. With the likes of James Long [Shown above], Katie Eary, JW Anderson, Felipe Llanos Rojas and Christopher Shannon, who have came together into a sort of London menswear 'Bratpack', London has really re-established an Identity when it comes to contemporary menswear.

Finally managed to watch 'This Private Idaho' this week through the (pirated) brilliance of Vuze. Was blown away not only by the cast and story, and soundtrack, but also by the style, colour and garments. It's very fitting with what I've seen of A/W 10 so far. Amazing.
